Mark Hubbard

Deputy Director of Administration

Mark Hubbard is Deputy Director of Administration for Internews Network, specializing in grants management, proposal editing and budget review. Hubbard is part of the team that has developed more than 230 successful proposals in the past 12 years, resulting in grants and cooperative agreements totaling more than $200M.

His education is in business and public affairs. He first became involved in federal grants management in 1978 as a project coordinator for a consortium of four small municipalities. He went on to become the administrative analyst and subsequently director of a combined federal/state funding agency in northwestern California. Hubbard originally consulted for Internews in 1993 and joined Internews full-time in March 1994.
