RUSSIA/USA: The
Russians Are Coming Tour,
a unique Russian/ American media exchange, took five of Russia’s
most promising and talented young television reporters to locations across
the U.S. including the small town of Hamburg, Pennsylvania, the hills
of Appalachia, and the Lower 9th Ward in New Orleans on the anniversary
of Hurricane Katrina.

most important; in Russia we only get political news (about America)
– we never see real life."
