TAJIKISTAN: When Tajikistan’s new Internews-supported live radio talk show, Kharfi Khodisa, featured the issue of domestic violence, Dushanbe-based Radio Orieno received more than forty calls from listeners inquiring about the availability of social services victims of domestic violence. The following week, six women stopped by the radio station seeking assistance.
